More 9 months

Since little Milton has decided to explore EVERYTHING we have been babyproofing EVERYTHING. Somehow we knew this day would come and had plenty of time to get it all done but somehow it's just not that important until one day it is.
My famous Panko crusted potato, veal, pork and beef meatballs. Mmmmmm
Milton's new ball:)
He loves to pull up on Dad's drums

Mmmmmm Chimayo red chile
Beef tacos and green chile calabacitas
This is how we cook
Not only is little MIlton pulling up everywhere but he has now learned to stand on his own without holding on to anything for a good 20-30 seconds. I think he will be walking shortly folks.
Eating grass at the park
Well, We have been VERY busy this week. For a couple weeks Milton was crawling but not far at all and only a couple times a day but this week he decided to really take off, crawling all over the house into every nook and cranny looking for trouble. So we started the major baby proofing.

9 months

Happy as a little clam
The finished squash blossom dish
Beautiful squash blossoms that we stuffed with lion's main mushrooms and chevre goat cheese and tempura fried. DELICIOUS!
being silly
Crawling around outside

Helping mom with the laundry
At his cousins house exploring their fun new toys
Beautiful potatoes from farmer's market

He insists on carrying this wooden chef's knife everywhere he goes. Makes Big Milton happy:)

Milton will be 9 Months on July 30th. He is changing more and more everyday. He is still dabbling with crawling. He doesn't crawl all over the house yet just across a room once and a while. He has gotten so good at pulling himself up that he can balance without holding on and will even stand up all on his own every now and again. He is babbling cute little baby talk a lot now. He's still eating everything in sight, 3 meals and 2 snacks plus breast milk.
I am 14 weeks pregnant now and feeling fine. I'm hardly nauseous at all anymore but still very tired. I doubt that symptom will ever go away. In 6 weeks we can find out the sex of the baby and we're very excited about that. I had a dream it was a boy but Milton thinks it's a girl. We'll just have to wait and see.
